Seeking Purpose
The world goes too fast.
I walk among the flowers,
I stand beneath the trees.
I go to the ocean,
feel the sand shift beneath my feet,
a slow, euphonious sigh.
in that vastness
the pull of the moon on the water,
the sky eating the horizon
I see it.
I am but one small fragment
in a universe so vast,
my name a temporary breath.
To be memorable,
then,
is not to shout louder
or run faster.
It is to be, at last,
authentic.
To be that one true self,
fully formed,
and shining.
Thank you for reading, I appreciate your time. Many blessings.

Lovely reminder that we're vessels on borrowed time.
Slow steps, big world, no rush to prove anything. I liked how it shrugs off the need to be loud and just says: be real, stand there, shine quietly... Simple, steady, and grounding.
